Matt & Karen live one street over from me here in AG and they are like the Aunt & Uncle you wish you had. So sweet and so fun to be around. They took to me a few months back when they realized I'm home alone a lot at night with Ben working the restaurant 5-6 nights a week. I rarely cook for myself so already they've invited me over for about 5 or 6 awesome dinners and BBQ parties. Cassy (on the left) is on her way off to the military on Monday so Karen figured it was a great time to get some family photos before she headed on her new adventure in life. Cassy is such a sweetie-pie; she will be missed.
Some of you may recognize this adorable face from a featured wedding on my website. Gonz and Lauren are quite possibly the most kind and caring people I have ever worked for. I always tell people about their wedding and not only how stylish it was but how welcoming they are and how Gonz had to give every single person a kiss and a hug at the wedding.
Gonzalo is an aspiring actor so he was in need of some head shots. I was honored that he drove all the way to Santa Barbara from LA because he said I was the only one he trusted to take his head shots.Usually I spend an hour doing a portrait session but we went all out with six or seven costume changes and even sat and chatted with a couple cappuccinos when we were done. I spent the whole session just laughing. He is a crack up and such a sweetie. He has such a kind soul. I hope he makes it to the top!

I just received this really sweet e-mail from the Mother of the Bride this past weekend. More pics to come soon! Michelle, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you thank you for your participation in the wedding. I had SO MUCH FUN – but you probably couldn’t tell. :) I think that is a HUGE statement coming from the mother-of-the-bride! I owe that to you and the great crew working to make it all happen. I didn’t have to worry about anything or micro-manage anyone. We were just able to cut loose and enjoy our event. I hope you enjoyed working with us as much as we enjoyed working with you. I can hardly wait to “re-live the day” through your pictures! Again, THANK YOU! Mom :) Tricia McCall
